3. Skill-Based Gaming, Virtual Coins and Money-Game Restrictions
Playground eSports is intended to provide organised skill-based competitive gaming experiences. The app may use virtual Coins as in-app credits. Coins are not intended to be cash, a bank balance or a bet/stake. We do not intend this website or app to facilitate betting, wagering or prohibited online money gaming.
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 defines an e-sport using organised competition, predefined rules, skill-determined outcomes, and the absence of bets, wagers or other stakes. Qualifying e-sports are subject to the applicable recognition/registration framework. Playground eSports does not claim regulatory recognition merely because this website or app describes a competition as skill-based.
We may restrict or disable features by State/UT, age, user category or other criteria where required for legal or compliance reasons.
